1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BuyCar24 website, you accept and agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the website immediately.

2. Description of Service

BuyCar24 is an online marketplace platform for buying and selling used cars in Phuket, Thailand. We act solely as an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers. BuyCar24 does not own, possess, inspect, or directly sell any vehicles. We are not a car dealer and make no warranties or representations regarding vehicles listed on the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use our services. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Accounts

Registered users must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limitations is prohibited.

5. Car Listings

Sellers must comply with the following requirements:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful vehicle information including model, year, mileage, condition, and price
• Use only actual photographs of the specific vehicle being sold — stock images or photos from other vehicles are not allowed
• Be the legal owner of the vehicle or be properly authorized by the owner to sell
• Ensure the vehicle is legally registered and not stolen
• Individual sellers (non-dealers) may list a maximum of 1 vehicle per account

BuyCar24 reserves the right to remove listings that violate these requirements without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not post or distribute content that:

• Is false, deceptive, or misleading
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Involves illegal, stolen, or encumbered vehicles
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material
• Constitutes spam or advertising unrelated to vehicle sales
• Contains personal information of others without their consent

7. Premium Boost Service

BuyCar24 offers a paid Premium Boost service to increase listing visibility:

• Pricing and duration are as displayed on the purchase page at the time of payment
• Payments are non-refundable once the Boost has been activated
• Boost does not guarantee that a vehicle will sell — it only increases visibility
• BuyCar24 reserves the right to change Boost pricing and terms at any time

8. Content License

Photos and vehicle information you upload remain yours. However, you grant BuyCar24 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform and marketing channels (e.g., social media) for the purpose of displaying and promoting your listing. This license terminates when you remove your listing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BuyCar24 provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle information posted by sellers
• We are not responsible for the condition, quality, or safety of listed vehicles
• We are not a party to any buy/sell transaction between users
• We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions
• Buyers should personally inspect vehicles, verify documentation, and consider hiring a professional mechanic before purchasing

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuyCar24 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. BuyCar24's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuyCar24 from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms, inaccurate listings, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

BuyCar24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Repeatedly post false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Have an inactive account for more than 12 months

13. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, the name "BuyCar24," and software on this website are the property of BuyCar24. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Phuket Provincial Court.

15. Changes to Terms

BuyCar24 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
